I called AAA after my brake line broke. Troy Auto Care tow truck came in a timely manor. The driver was quick at loading and very nice and took care at his job. The lobby was comfortable, had vending machines and a few free beverages. The staff made sure I was taken care of while I waited for a ride. It was late so they looked it it first thing in the morning and called me with the problem and an estimate. The price seemed reasonable and they didn’t try to over sell me in any other work. A few hours later, it was done. I’m glad AAA suggested them.

Hey Samantha! Thank you for the great review! We are so happy we could help you out and get you back on the road!

AAA had Troy Auto tow our vehicle. Their driver damaged my fender as seen in photos. Good thing I took pictures of the vehicle before it was towed (also seen in photos). I made a damage claim with them on Friday 5/11/18 and was told that someone would reach out to me by the following Monday. It didn't happen. I called on Wednesday morning (5/16) and was told someone would call me by the end of day. Didn't happen. I contacted AAA and they called Troy Auto. I was told someone would follow up the next day. It didn't happen. I called again on Sunday (5/20) at 10:14am and got hold of someone who claimed to be a manager. He asked what the call was about. I ran through the timeline of my experience to get him up to date. His response was "ok, we're not gonna go there". Confused, I asked what that was supposed to mean and he said that I had an attitude. Of course, this didn't sit well with me. Instead of listening to the issue he continued to argue with me about my attitude for literally 5 minutes. I asked if I should come down in person to which he replied, "if you come here, I'll call the police on you". He claimed that offering to come there was threatening him with violence. I have 2 daughters and a newborn son. I'm working 70+ hours/week. The last thing I'm going to be doing is threatening someone with violence. I don't have time for that. I really don't have time to keep hounding this situation. I just want my wife's van fixed. She just gave birth 2 weeks ago and I want it done by the time she's able to drive again. How does someone like this ever get a management position? After getting off the phone, I immediately called AAA to document my experience. Hoping for resolution and to never deal with the "manager" I recently talked to on the phone. I'm a directv tech. If I talked to one of my customers like he talked to me, I'd be instantly fired. Edit: one of the owners reached out to me and is taking care of me. I received a heartfelt apology, my van is being taken care of, they dropped off a rental vehicle, and the owner even threw in an olive garden gift card. The young man I had words with was the one who picked up and dropped off the vehicles and he seemed sincere with his apology. I imagine that this review was the first time the owners heard of it. I'm changing my review from 1 to 4 stars because the owner was responsible and took fast action, once he learned of the situation. I can't believe that they would be in business as long as they have and have such a good reputation if this was the norm. Everyone has their bad days.

Hey Carlton, Thank you for giving us a chance to make things right! We value our customers and never want anybody to have a negative experience. We appreciate your review and feedback!

The employees here are honest hardworking men who deserve a raise and nice fat steak. my husband forgot his wallet in the tow truck and an employee was able to find it bring it all the way to my house. They saved me the hassle of having to cancel our Credit cards and not a dime was missing from his wallet.

Hey, thank you for the great review! We appreciate it, and are happy we could help!!!

My axle broke leaving work. I was not familiar with any Auto service stations in the area .I called the place I usually go and they were not able to look at it until the next day. I had it towed by Auto Care to Auto Care. I got an estimate within an hour and the car was fixed the next morning. They are a busy place but still had me on the road in less then 24 hours. The car ran great and the cost was fair. I would recommend this Auto service station.

Hi Eddie! We are happy to help, thank you for the great review!

Great service. Didn't try to sell me anything else, treated me fairly and very quick. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Be more professional and don't go speeding around a elementary school parking lot supposedly looking for a car that needed a battery charged. First of all don't go speeding over 10 mph to see if the person is there and second someone would have been out and third the hood would have been up! Don't be rude when I remind you it's a school and then tell me it's none of my business! When sorry it is. Make sure you have directions before you go looking. The guy with glasses is very rude. He needs to learn some manners and learn not to speed in a school parking lot. Yes I did honk at him and remind him it's a school and not to speed through it!!!!

Hey folks, this is my first experience with these guys and likely last! I was stranded with tire blowout so called AAA and they send out road service so i figure no prob. well the guy shows up in mini cargo van with batteries and jumper cables and with full size jack that wasn't working and he was even frustrated and complaining, then the tire was stuck on there to the rotor wouldn't move, and of course he has no sledge hammer to get it off and no we have to wait for full size tow truck which took another 45min to hr. even than the other tow guy had trouble getting tire off with reinforced steel tire lock from his tow truck...well, finally it was off and i was off on my way... that's until just few days ago i find out that jack with flat cradle he was using damaged the whole front side of when he lifted up the car, what the hell i say to myself?...turns out he jacked it not on sub-frame but on the rocker panel area when only scissor jacks can be applied or special rubber attachment is needed for flat cradle jack, which of course he didn't have or use...now i can't even jack it up with standard scissor jack that came with this sedan because the flange is all bent up and collapsed. i suggest you watch and see what they're doing and where they're doing the jacking if you get this outfit or any other roadside service tow company...let's face it, some techs don't care or haven't been trained right. in this case, the guy didn't even have the right equipment and tools to do it right and not cause damage. be warned and aware what these companies are doing when you're not paying attention! I figure AAA rated company, they must be on top of things, they're not!

Super helpful. I called emergency roadside assistance through my insurance company and was connected with Troy Auto Care. Initially thought it was a quick tire change swapping out flat for spare until we discovered I don't have a spare. He called in and a flatbed tow truck was sent within 15 minutes. Both drivers were super helpful and very nice. They helped me a ton and I would definitely call them again.

Awesome care at Troy Auto Care!! They were so understanding and patient with me when I had questions about my vehicle! Wasn't able to pick up my car when they were finished so they let me pay over the phone and pick it up when I got off work. Opened my car door to see they left me a air freshener! Great customer service will definitely be back again
