I been there 3 times, from the service desk woman to all the mechanics, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and have a smile on their face. Great customer service and great work, if i could, i would give Troy Auto Care 10 stars.

Jeremy at Troy Auto Care (Austin location) was excellent to work with - very clear communicator, accommodating, and did a great job. Was fair on pricing as well for some significant work (timing belt, brakes). Definitely would refer, no doubt.

I have trusted Troy Auto Care with my vehicles for years. They're honest and friendly and accomodating. Their r prices are fair and reasonable. I would never consider going anywhere else for any type of service

DO NOT BUY BATTERY FROM THEM!! THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND MAKE IT SEEM LIKE THEY ARE GIVING YOU A DEAL! DREW CHARGED ME DOUBLE OF WHAT BATTERIES REALLY COST AND THEN THEY WILL BLAME AAA FOR THE PRICE! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

Josh is an excellent tow drive. Got the car on the flat bed from an unusual angle. He also drove it to the repair shop of my choosing. All on his day off! You have a great employee and team player with Josh.
