I had 4 new tires installed on my Cadillac at this location. They scuffed, and scratched 3 of my Brand new stock chrome rims while installing the tires. The installer acknowledged the mistake and said if i drop off the car for a day, they will send out my wheels to a wheel shop to get them repaired. So here i'm expecting to see the rims back to how they were before. I took a day off at work to drop off the car. When i got the car back, the scuffs, and scratches are still there. The scuffs feels a bit smoother but they are still there. So i watched the footages from my dashcams at home. It appears that they didn't sent out my wheels to a wheel repair shop. It took them about 30-40 minutes to have my car up in the air and drop the car back down. I doubt a proper job to fix all 3 wheels+ sending out the wheels to get them repaired takes 30-40 mins. The fact that the damages are still there shows that they didn't send them out. i am very disappointed by this shop. I was fooled by the good reviews. I will not come here again and will not recommend to anyone.

We have used this place twice as it was close to our home and both times, they have been very accommodating, helpful and able to meet our needs! Its hidden in the back but aside from that, great place and great people. We had some issues that needed to tend to right away with a newborn and only 1 running car and they were able to help us out every time we call, A+ service!

My service tech Faris was awesome. Arrived promptly for my AAA assistance. Faris was very courteous and personable. Got the job done quickly and was happy to help. Some of the best service I've had in a long time. Would definitely recommend Troy Auto Care.

I was driving in from out of town when I noticed a burning rubber smell coming from my car. It was the only auto shop willing to fit me in the next morning. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The mechanic gave it a full inspection. He didn’t find anything broken and said I could have kicked something up on the exhaust due to the construction. I drove 3 hours home the next day with peace of mind that my car was running safe.

These men are literal angels on earth. My car started making a horrible noise on a Friday afternoon. I immediately took it to the Volkswagen dealership and although they had the parts in stock, they told me they couldn’t do the work until Monday. I found out about Troy Auto Care through a family friend, called them, and was assured they could do the work if I could bring the parts. I got there at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and left with a fixed car at 5:45. The service was fantastic, the waiting room was clean and had nicely organized games and coloring books for my two kids, and the people could not have been nicer. I feel a lucky I found them and they took such good care of me!
