When you arrived in our shop and we provided you with the quote. After declining to have us work on your vehicle after viewing the quote, the work order was then cancelled out. You returned to our shop wanting the printed quote, which we agreed to again work up once finished pulling in another customer's vehicle. When our service advisor came back to provide this to you, you had unfortunately already left our shop.
