Called them today and waited for a few hours for my car to be towed. Had a family member call AAA to get the claim rolling for me. Spoke to a person at the shop and he had told me 30-40 mins. He has someone dispatched to my location but had a car before mine. Fine. Never came to get the car at all. I would not use them for anything at all in the future. There customer service sucks
