This is the third time I’ve had my car in for service. Always greeted with a smile. Professional . Work is always explained prior to servicing, as well as cost.They don’t come out and tell you other “things” need repair. The waiting area is clean. I would and do recommend to family and friends.

I had to take my van in for front end work. They did a great job and got my van back to me quickly. I highly recommend Troy Auto to anyone that is looking for a great place to take their vehicle for repairs.

Beware !, beware! ,beware!, price gouging on NAPA parts . And work receipts with no part numbers so you can't figure it out. Then they threaten you with attorney and tell napa an attorney will take care of it. WHEN you call NAPA to make a complaint about it they don't care And NAPA tells you there not part of the business.

I am pleased with the customer service that was provided by Josh M. I would rate my towing experience 10/10.
