We came here to have a used car evaluated, 2008 Saturn Aura XE, to determine the sensibility to buy it and you service it. You did so and took care of doing first 3 of 5 proposed repairs and got it back to us in great timing. We just need to save an additional $500 to be able to return in November to complete before the winter weather comes. Your staff, repairs, waiting lobby are all first rate! So friendly, cooperative, caring and patient with us for the first $ 1400 of repairs. This is our second time coming to Troy AutoCare and we plan to make you our regular go to service place. I got say these people are unbelievable. I have a Honda Civic and the AC doesn’t work. I took my car to pep boys and those people took around 3 hrs to check, and still didn’t figure out the problem. After that I took my car to these guys, and they only took 20 min and eliminated the problem. I was shocked, really! I had 3 experience with these guys, and every time, the service is perfect! Very reliable guys!

Great Auto shop. Perfect for people who work for a living. Stay open till 10 every night, so you don't have to rush and pick car up before 5, even though they may not work on it at that time . All prices have been fair. I take all my cars here!

I'll sing auto cares praises..we have brought many vehicals (5) in for repairs and have always gotton honest...efficient...and helpful service..once on a minor issue we weren't charged....you cant find service that compares with any other shop...my family drives a long distance because they trust their staff....thanks again!!!

I have been here 3 times. The first time I had a great experience. The second I needed an alignment, but also needed them to look at my A/C problem. They did the alignment, but totally dismissed the other issue I had saying it was "loose motor mounts". Me being a naive girl that doesn't know squat about cars picked it up and the problem was still there. Before picking it up I gave him ideas of what it could of been, and dismissed them. So my third time, my car wouldn't start..and they told me I needed a battery. My oil light was on..my check engine.. Running hot saying I had low coolant. They said a new battery would fix all that. $130.00 later I picked up the car and low and behold.. Bells and whistles are going off as I drive away. Its like they can't do more then one issue at a time. Didn't take what I said and check it out. Told me they took it for a test drive. I checked my miles before I left. I'm a single mother, that works full time and trusted you guys to listen to me. I had to take it to another mechanic..and right off the bat he seen what I was talking about. So instead of me being without my car for one night.. I am without it for 3. The towing service is great. I'm just very disappointed. I had hoped to have found a new place to keep bringing my vehicle too.

My battery died the other day and I had to wait a bit with a hungry toddler.... Noah Miller showed up and greeted us both with a smile. GENUINE kindness and care.
