I had made an appointment to have struts replaced on my car. That morning my car overheated, so I had it towed to the shop early. They were able to get the right parts delivered and installed in just a few hours, and fixed the reason it overheated, while I browsed titles at the nearby book store. Troy Auto Care was sent out by AAA because my car wouldn't start. I was told I needed a new battery and the employee make a recommendation for my SUV. I accepted his analysis of the problem and made the purchase. I later found out that the battery he sold me is not the proper one for my car, and it's better suited for a golf cart! I am not a mechanic. My background is in law enforcement. If he had offered me the proper one for my car, more costly or not, I would have paid for it. I am trying to resolve the matter with AAA. I am very disappointed. I am giving two stars because although he was unmasked, he was very pleasant. Service: Battery

Took my car in to get my air bag light looked at. I’m not gonna lie I took it to two other places before this but my coworker suggested I go here and said they did good work. Got me in two days later, and got my car fixed in one day!! Evan was so nice, took great care of my car and made me feel like a real person to them and not just money. Will go back for all my car needs.
