Josh McElroy assisted me on Friday. He was extremely helpful and knew exactly what to do. He arrived promptly and was able to get my car running despite the dead battery. I called to have my car towed to the dealership but had a great experience when Josh arrived. I had a problem with sensor lights coming on during a long drive and was fearful of driving any further. Thought I should just take the car to the dealer. Josh explained the sensors and started the car (I was afraid to even start it up). No sensor lights! He put me at ease so I could just make an appointment to have the sensors checked out. Josh is an exceptional example of service in this post-COVID world that seems to have forgotten how to be kind to each other.

I have used Troy Auto for several years. This time I needed a ride to work so I could leave my vehicle to be worked on during the day. They shuttled me to work .. gave me fair price on the work..and have great hours for me to come back and pick up.

Best place to take your truck and trailer for maintenance :) We are always so happy with the service and customer support they offer.

Wonderful service

My wife's BMW had a drive chain light warning that stopped her car. Fortunately, in a strip mall parking lot. We called AAA and Josh showed up right when we were given for his arrival. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He had us towed up to the BMW parking lot after hours and directed us to what we needed to do. If you're ever stuck you will be lucky indeed to have Josh come to your rescue.
