Trust and confidence are critical to me regarding the service for my Explorer. I completely trust and have confidence in Troy Auto Care AND Jeremy. Always. Information is shared and answers given. Things are done in a timely fashion. The waiting room is pleasant and comfortable. Jenny is friendly, helpful, and takes care of the paperwork in a professional manner. 700 dollars for a rebuilt starter and a head light. Good in a pinch, but You pay the price.
