On February 28th of 2020 I received a tow from Troy Auto Care through AAA for my disabled vehicle. Everything went fine, but after they dropped my vehicle off I noticed that my tailgate was severely scratched. I bought this truck new so I know my vehicle front to back, and this scratch was really noticeable. So I put in a claim with AAA and they claim that they received video from Trot Auto Care that showed they did not damage my vehicle. I asked AAA for the video and they said they couldn't share it with me and that I should contact Troy Auto. So I did, and they absolutely refused to share the video with me. I called AAA back to let them know that Troy Auto Care refused to give me the video. I will follow up to let you guys know how this issue is resolved, but as far as this company is concerned beware when dealing with them I feel they are very dishonest, and untruthful. If they did nothing wrong why wont they share the video of what they did? I think they sent AAA a video that was not my truck. If the video showed that they didn't damage my truck I would accept that, but their refusal to share the video further lets me know that there was foul play. I hope this review helps you when deciding to do business with this company. ......And, no they didn't follow the procedure from AAA. According to AAA it is POLICY that the tow company release the video to me upon request Troy Auto Care has not released the video to me. A company with integrity would release the video. If you have nothing to hide be honest. Like I said this is not a closed matter I still have an case open with AAA. Their policy is that you release the video to me, they were surprised to hear that you declined to send it to me. I will see what you sent them, and if the video shows that my tailgate was not damaged after your service then fine I am mistaken, and I apologize. When I think about it there were no cameras on the driver. Maybe there was one I didn't see. Show me a video of my vehicle not being damaged, and I will let this situation rest, but you won't because I don't think you sent video of my vehicle. Have a good day you will be hearing from me, or AAA soon.

We take concerns like yours very seriously and have worked with AAA to get them all information needed. As we and AAA have viewed the footage, we can confirm that the scratch on your vehicle is in no way related to your tow service. Due to your open claim with AAA, all further concerns or questions need to be followed through with them.

I recently had a 4 Wheel Alignment on my 2012 Flex at Troy Auto Center and was quite pleased with my visit! Waiting area was clean, as an added bonus they had outlets and charging cords available for phones and or tablets! Tiffany at the front desk was very friendly, offering bottles of water and or coffee! The Tech, (Jeremy), who did the Alignment, talked to me personally in the lobby afterwards and presented a "before and after" printout of the specs!! I will not hesitate to bring my vehicles here, and will recommend these guys to friends and family! Dan

Never like getting the car repaired. Troy Auto Care is a AAA approved repair facility. They are always pleasant to deal with and always repair as quick as possible. The waiting room has phone charging stations, they have free coffee and water. Very nice people to deal with.

Not a fan of this place. Had some work done to the front end and upon picking up my vehicle the driver's side area was filthy--I mean disgustingly filthy. The tech that worked on my car was a walking dirt ball from head to toe. It appeared he hadn't taken a shower in weeks. So our steering wheel, interior door handle, seat and center counsel was smudged with grease. They attempted to clean but not to satisfaction. Owner who was deer hunting promised to make it right but repeated calls not returned. Additionally, the work they performed on outer tie rods was suspect as one year later they had to be replaced again. New technician pointed out (visable) that they glued a part near the wheel in an attempt eliminate the ABS warning light. Dissatisfied doesnt describe our frustration. No longer a customer!

The battery in my Equinox died last week. We waited until we could jump it ourselves to see if it was really dead or just needed a jump (maybe I left my lights on). But nope, it was just dead. I called AAA and they sent out Troy Auto Care to my home within an hour and they called before coming to make sure they had the right battery for my car. Kyle was who helped me and he was great. So friendly and no pressure to buy from him. He came out, tested my battery for free, confirmed that it's dead (it's 5-6 years old, so it was time), and said he could have a new one installed in 10 mins. $150 later, my car now runs beautifully and it was super convenient that I didn't need to leave my house.
