Triple A sent Troy Auto to help me with a dead battery. Bruce called when he was on his way, identified the issue and got the battery replaced quickly. Appreciated his help and his professionalism, he had a good personality to boot. I've been going to the dealership for maintenance work but based on my experience with Bruce will switch to Troy Auto.

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to for this place. This is by far the best shop I've ever been to. I always tell anyone who is complaining about car issues to bring it here. I've only really ever interacted with one of their techs - Jeremy. This dude is awesome. Super knowledgeable and great at explaining the issue with my car so that even I could understand it. I also had a great experience with their towing service. The driver I encountered was a younger guy named Matt, and he turned a shitty day around for me. His willingness and desire to help me get everything sorted with my car was exactly what I needed that afternoon. Thanks!

May 29, repaired 2005 Toyota Camry A/C system and reset Check Engine Warning Light in a professional and expeditious manner. Truly a customer oriented auto repair facility in the Troy community. Thank you for a job well done.

Good place to go for your car, they take care of customer , it's just they are too busy sometimes and makes it hard to get appointment sometimes that makes me frustrated. Or otherwise it's all good.

Friendly professional work. Prices are less than the dealer but could be higher than other smaller shops.

Have had my car towed and fixed here many times!!! Reasonable prices and they are pretty quick at getting me back on the road!! The dispatcher Mike is always super helpful and does his best to get my vehicle picked up asap!! Would recommend this company to everyone!!
