Update: I got a call from Jeromy and he said that he is going to order TPM and replace it for me. It was like 3 or 4 weeks back. Since then I called twice and no response. Both the times front desk lady picked up call and promised me she calls back with update. I felt like front desk lady is so unprofessional and never gave call back. Donnie - if you really want to address my issue , please call me and you have my number. I can tell you 100% front desk lady knows my number. TPM for one tire replaced. When I called she said TPM was done for all four tires but when I looked at after coming home, it was done for only one. Not sure where the confusion is. Left a friend stranded! Will never use them! Showed up and just left because he didn’t agree with being a christain and didn’t like his stickers on his car. I just can’t believe we live with people like this....

Unfortunately very unreliable. We had a good experience with this shop on our initial appointment. Though they did fail to call with an estimate, we felt the price they asked after the service was done fair so did not comment on it. We scheduled a followup appointment for additional work. It was mistakenly put in as the same work as the initial service. They kept our truck for two days before Jeremy called to let us know he would not be able to complete the scheduled work. They were overbooked, had another truck on the lift, and blamed the way the appointment was put in. He let us know the price for what he was able to do. My husband said this is the second time he never got a call with the quote before the work was done. We are leaving for vacation on Sunday and this is our tow vehicle. Given that I started the process of booking a month ago with the shop it's pretty unacceptable to get a call Wednesday evening before our trip that they cannot finish the work because of their own scheduling error without any kind of solution. Very frustrating. I think that they do good work, but the communication in the office and their customer service is just very frustrating.
