Used this company in the past for my AAA towing needs but don't know what happened this time. Was waiting for 5 hours and finally called AAA where the driver was and AAA responded that they denied coming out. Well how about telling the person that's waiting for 5 hours that the driver isn't coming!! Poor, poor, customer service. They were great at one time. Shame on you Troy Auto care for NOT caring for your customers!!!! ......update...spoke with business to find out what happened.....so needless to say,.......DO NOT BUY AAA TOWING PROGRAM. Wish I had Troy Auto Care in program again!!! Thanks for being honest to what happened.

I had to use AAA for flat tire and Troy Auto Care was dispatched for assistance. Rami(driver/tech) was Absolutely Amazing,Polite & Friendly. First, he called to give me update on arrival time which was shorter than what AAA tracker indicated however Rami changed the flat and replaced with the spare. Rami also gave me some pointers that I had no clue about regarding driving on a spare. My overall experience was great and I'll definitely recommend Troy Auto Care Service: Tires
