Left a friend stranded! Will never use them! Showed up and just left because he didn’t agree with being a christain and didn’t like his stickers on his car. I just can’t believe we live with people like this....

Unfortunately very unreliable. We had a good experience with this shop on our initial appointment. Though they did fail to call with an estimate, we felt the price they asked after the service was done fair so did not comment on it. We scheduled a followup appointment for additional work. It was mistakenly put in as the same work as the initial service. They kept our truck for two days before Jeremy called to let us know he would not be able to complete the scheduled work. They were overbooked, had another truck on the lift, and blamed the way the appointment was put in. He let us know the price for what he was able to do. My husband said this is the second time he never got a call with the quote before the work was done. We are leaving for vacation on Sunday and this is our tow vehicle. Given that I started the process of booking a month ago with the shop it's pretty unacceptable to get a call Wednesday evening before our trip that they cannot finish the work because of their own scheduling error without any kind of solution. Very frustrating. I think that they do good work, but the communication in the office and their customer service is just very frustrating.

AWESOME!!!! I was referred to Troy Auto Care my by Realtor who has been a customer for over 20 years. I have a well kept GMC Truck with a 110K miles on it and was recently quoted $1100 by a local dealership for a laundry list of maintenance items that I had addressed in the last year. After Troy Auto inspected my car, they showed me what repairs were necessary and which repairs could wait and how long. They replace the necessary parts and gave me a schedule of future maintenance requirements, the estimate was still less than half the price of the dealership. I am a FAN FOR LIFE! Thanks guys.

Outstanding service, highly professional staff, friendly and technically competent mechanics. Also, as far as I can tell, they're the only game in town which offers a 3 year warranty for their services. Caitlyn, Josh and Brad are all exceptional employees and they helped ensure that I will be returning whenever my car requires any form of service. Thanks again guys.

Thank you Troy Auto Care for getting my son's car home safe and sound without making us wait too long where we were stranded. Mike was kind and reassuring and he did his best to get the driver (who was also pretty great - Jeremy, I believe) as quick as possible. So appreciate the kind and caring service. :)
