Three things stood out to me: 1. Very friendly/easy to work with over-the-phone or in person, even if I didn't understand the technical jargon 2. Never had to come back because of faulty workmanship 3. Willingness to hook me up with little discounts here and there because I've been a long term customer, which makes me come back again, and again!

There are no issues here. Wonderful customer service. Everybody here is honest and straight up with you THE WAY MECHANICS SHOULD BE. They use high quality parts and they include a great warranty. They stand behind their work. I would recommend this place to anybody. If you need an oil change or to the more expensive job, I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here. EDIT: Also their Metro25 card which only costs $60 is an amazing value.

This place gives amazing service. Scott helps me out when I go in, and is extremely helpful. He doesn't talk down to you and try to scam you like other places, but actually takes the time to inform and educate you so you can make the right decisions for your car. Everyone is extremely accommodating, and you don't have to worry getting faulty information. The facility itself has a few rooms where you can hang out while you wait, with free wifi, tv, magazines, and coffee....everyone you could need! You can see the passion in these technicians; they are great at what they do, and it is very evident in their amazing work! Highly recommend this place!

Get the discount card from Metro25 and never go anywhere else for your car needs. It's definitely the best deal in metro Detroit and the service I've experienced here is unmatched. Never going anywhere else.

Great service at reasonable prices. They do it all! I needed a repair to my truck and they did it in less than 2 hours. I was impressed. Any other company would have taken much longer at a higher cost. Thanks for the great service over the years. I will continue to use this company for all my truck needs.
