I have had 3 visits thus far, and everything went well. They provide very good customer service, and I value the information that they provide via the FREE Inspection. I've noticed that my receipts continue to recommend repairs that are no longer needed, and would prefer that the receipts correctly reflect the condition of my vehicle. I would also prefer to have the option to stop in for an oil change, without an appointment, but I do understand that appointments help with the management of time and resources. Overall, I plan to continue using the services at this facility, and look forward to continued satisfaction.
