Had Troy Auto Care respond to a AAA call when our car wouldn't start. They responded in less than 5 minutes at the scene even though we were in a safe area. Our tow guy, Rick, then diagnosed the problem AND started our car within 2 minutes! This was no ordinary problem either; it was an issue with the security systems in 2000-2003 grand am cars specifically, even though no security light was on. He saved us at least $100 diagnostic bill at the dealership! Excellent service!

These guys are a joke. Called them for a tow and was told an hour to an hour and a half. I waited an hour and 45 min's and still no tow truck. Called them and got an excuse of the weather and a care less attitude. The weather was snow flurries with wet roads. You could barely blame the weather. Told me it'd be another 30 min's.
