"The quality of work & customer service @ THIS location is top notch!, no complaints. If anything I was especially pleased with the owner Donny making me aware with a couple of items that were on their way to needing attention in the near future. I will say this was a night vs day experience with the customer service attention that severely lacked at the Premier location, when I was there about 3 mos. ago. The quality of work that was done on my brake lines were superb! The girl @ the front desk who told me she'd inform me when it gets looked at,,,did not call me once, from when my car was there from a Thursday night to Monday. She didn't get her story straight when I called on one occasion, she said he was still looking at it since the morning, however when the repair guy got on the phone he explained that he was working on another job, and just now (it was noon time by then) was able to take a look at it. He then proceeded to tell me the problem. It is probably why I never received a Satisfaction Survey. To say the least I will never subject myself to your Premier location again. It's so true what they say " You never get a second chance to make a first impression".
I'm sorry to offload this now, but if someone had followed up on my experience at that time, I wouldn't be venting your location's survey.
